I usually don't complain, but the service that was given at this Wendy's was atrocious. It was lunch time, but not busy. But you have every employee scurrying around with no direction. The person in the front was an older lady cussing to herself and angrily stocking items. All in front of my 6-year old son no less. I sat at the register for literally 5 minutes, making eye contact with everyone. Not a single person saying, "we'll be with you in a minute" or anything like that. I finally asked, if I should use the kiosk or anyone could take my order. Just 1 order of 6 piece nuggets for my son. The "manager??" said, "we only have 2 hands, and working" Then still just walked away. You're the manager, but obviously shouldn't be. Then, the cussing lady goes to the register and angrily states, "what do you want". I almost lost it, but finally got my nuggets for my son and won't ever go to this joke of a location ever again.
