  I went in about 11:48Pm to pick up a uber eats order , i get to the speaker i tell the lady light skin with curly hair im there to pick up a order for a lady name “ Karla with a K” she proceeds to say. Karla with a H ?” so i got confused and she said for uber eats i said yes she said pull around , she didn’t even have the decency to turn off the microphone before she said she clearly needs glasses “ i got to the window and asked her who needed glasses and she proceeds to say “ you do obviously “ really nasty , she lacked so much professionalism im disgusted especially because she was to whatever to comprehend what i said in the first place she needs to be fired or trained better

  They don't take your order. You have to enter it yourself. When I finished, I hit the "pay with cash" button and waited a few minutes. When nobody came to get my cash, I figured they'd take my money when the food came out. Nope. My family and I waited some more, sat at a table, wondering why it was taking so long. Someone finally came out and asked if we were waiting for our food. Then she explained they don't make the food until it's paid for. Remember how I had waited to pay and nobody came out? So finally I paid for the food and waited some more. When the food came out, nothing was labeled so we had to unwrap everything to sort through it and figure out who got what. And back when we decided to sit down early on, the table and floor around it was a mess. I had to wipe the table down. Food was ok.
