  If I could give 0 stars, I would. We haven’t eaten here in years. Tried to give them another chance and I absolutely regret it. Three out of the three pizzas we ordered were completely undercooked and you could chew the raw dough if you took a bite. The pepperoni was supposed to be double pepperoni and we got less pepperoni than what you would expect on just a regular pepperoni pizza. I ordered wings and didn’t realize until we got home that the wings were missing. My husband called to request a credit and after waiting nearly 10min for them to take us off hold, they demanded we drive back to “prove” that the pizzas were wrong. Told us they couldn’t do anything else for us. He spoke with “Susan” who claimed to be the manager but after every single thing my husband said, we could hear someone providing responses in the background, when he called them out and said he wanted to talk to whoever was giving the answers in the background she repeatedly kept placing him on an unannounced hold. Lost out on $50 of food and the service was despicable from the restaurant. Save your money! Pathetic.

  I really hate to give them a 1…. But I’m gonna have to because they don’t care. The people that work for them do not care At all, especially in Grove City. I know I’m not the only one because they have a terrible rating to begin with.

  This is the second time we’ve ordered from this location and the customer service is non-existent. Someone answered the phone and immediately put me on hold for 10+ minutes. When they finally answered, they said they couldn’t tell me the status of my order (Pizza Hut literally has a tracker) and were uncertain if someone picked it up or not. Door dash then contacts me an hour and half after my order was to be delivered and says that someone else took my order and the cook is refusing to remake it. Terrible experience.

  I stopped going to this location A long time ago because they just don’t care. They rarely get the food right and the customer service is meh. I decided to give them another chance…bad idea. My wife ordered an order through the app. One of the pizzas was missing the main ingredient..sausage. My wife would have checked the order but the lady at the counter insisted the food was right and there was no reason to check it. When she got home we noticed the pizza was wrong. We called to get a credit but after 15 minutes on hold we just hung up. Since they didn’t have the courtesy of providing customer service to apologize…I felt it was necessary to let others know about our experience. If you order from here, check your order, don’t let them tell you it is correct. The second pizza…no Sausage. If I wanted a cheese pizza, I would have ordered one.
