I was on hold for 11 minutes and finallly a manager got on the phone told me the delivery driver left with my order 10 minutes prior even though it showed still preparing on app. 10 min after getting off the phone with manager we got notification that Door Dash would be delivering our order and the driver was at the store waiting for it. I called again and was on hold for another 10 minutes and was disconnected. It has now been 2 hours and 10 minutes uses since we ordered and we still do not have our order.

This store has really gone downhill FAST!!!
