Absolutely even the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! The one lady in particular, her name was Emery E-M-E-R-Y because she felt the need to spell it out to me and wanted to have a smart attitude with thinking the whole order was not working correctly, so she decided to be little me and the rat will never be coming again!!!

It is extremely important to check your order before you leave. They always forget something or make it wrong. The worst was ordering & paying through the app, to drive through the drive-thru for them to tell you they didn't receive your order. Then to make you pay again when you show them the receipt!

Went last night and today. Last night my large fry was more like a medium, today my bacon quarter pounder had literally no bacon, but yall wonder why no one wants to pay you more 😂

Wish I had read the reviews first. Just awful.. I ordered on the app while traveling. I had to use the restroom so I went inside. After waiting 10 mins for someone to come up front, they wouldn’t let me just pick up my food. Dismissed me, and went to the next customer. They said since I ordered on the APP I HAVE to go through drive thru to get my order. I stood here in total disbelief. I’m standing 3 feet from the drive thru window? I had to leave and get in the drive thru line to get my food, they wouldn’t just hand it to me. If you’re traveling. Plan on adding 40 mins to your trip stopping here. It’s awful.

The cant read nor do anything right. Had 2 snap wraps supose to be with out lettuce, well they place the sticker on it for the "no lettucec but but more lettuce on them than they do on anything else. They want $15+/ hour to do an unskilled job. Haha
