  We stopped eating at Broadway Donatos because the bottom of the pizza was always too black. What we considered burned. After years away, we gave this location a shot. The pizza was great! It was baked perfectly! Keep it up!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Exceptional Food Quality! I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to the manager, Chase, who truly went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect! From the moment we spoke, he was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing top‑tier customer service. He personally followed-up to ensure my order was accurate, the food was hot, and the quality met every expectation; and it absolutely did! The pizza was delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. What stood out most during our interaction was how valued he made me feel as a customer. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to creating a great experience made a lasting impression. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in both their food and their service. His patience and thoughtful regard were truly outstanding, and I can tell by the spirit of our interaction that it was truly genuine. I really can’t overstate just how much he made my day! I will ALWAYS consider Chase’s location for lunch or dinner, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and even better hospitality. Not only will you leave with delicious food, but you’ll also feel better for engaging with such caring and thoughtful leadership.   Just not good service. Last time I ordered, got a snarky comment from the delivery driver about the tip. Ordered tonight earlier and asked for the food to be delivered at 7:30pm. And added a pretty good tip. Food didn’t come until 8pm AND was cold. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Horrible service and probably won’t be ordering again.
