    Only have been here twice and both times, with tables less than half filled. The wait has been WELL over an hour just to get room temperature food. Only given one refill on drinks without a prompt from us, dessert took 30 minutes after receiving food and asking about it.

    Waited over an hour and still didn't get any food on 1/4/2026. Wife's mixed drink took twice as long as our beers to get to the table. Ultimately, we cashed out and left. Ended up going to Chic Fil A. Probably won't be going back to this location.

    Been to this location 3 times now. Each time service got worse. Just waited 45 min for food. Watched 4 other tables that were sat and ordered way after us receive their food before us. Server did not communicate and manager couldn’t keep up. We ended up walking out.

    Food was cold, didn't get a refill offer until we were ready for our to go boxes. Order the chili through the pick up app to get to our table on time. Chicken was so dry the bones were snapping in half. Will not be going back.

    Wish I could give it 0 stars, but Google requires at least a 1. The past two trips here have literally been the worst restaurant experiences I've had in 17+ years in Grove City. The last time we waited for 1.5 hours for cold food to be brought out to us (the waitress had forgotten about our order somehow despite us asking about it?!). This time we waited for an hour just to have them bring out less than half the food and tell us that their grill had been down the whole time, so nothing that requires a grill could be made. Then had the audacity to say that I could pay for whatever food I wanted to take with me since 2.5 of our 4-person party would not get any food. Quite literally the worst run restaurant in Grove City. Will never go back after the past two experiences.
