Service is bad, you’re gonna wait a long time for even something to drink. Food is terrible, it’s cold, wrong, or just inedible. Horribly understaffed. The people that do work there are nice. Everything else is bad. Look elsewhere.

However, even after waiting about 20 minutes, the two people behind me received their orders before I did. It felt very unfair and unorganized. The staff handling the online pickup seemed careless and showed no sense of urgency or equality in how customers were being served. This kind of service makes it hard to want to come back. I hope the management pays attention to the online order process and trains staff to treat all customers fairly and efficiently.
