2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. 15 minutes later I got a cold and messy chicken sandwich. 3 out of the last 4 times I've had Arby's it has been plain awful!

Disrespectful, rude drive thru employee. Acted like their day was interrupted by my ordering food. Didn't speak at all except to want payment. Wondered who raised them to be that disrespectful..should not be in customer service.
