    I pulled up at 9:41 pm, they close at 10:30 pm. For some reason the door was locked, with a bunch of employees eating ice cream while chatting. I watch multiple customers have to get back into their cars to get into the long drive thru line. I was one of them. This is very weird. Most places would at least put at out a sign saying drive thru only after certain hours. I understand if the dining room needs closed for cleaning at a certain time, so a sign on the door would be helpful.

    Unfortunately ordered a strawberry shake, food poisoning a few hours later… might be worth checking your equipment and product

    This was my first time at this dairy Queen I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger deluxe only ketchup and a regular double cheeseburger only ketchup neither of them came with only ketchup and a 6 piece chicken meal they did not give me a lid for my blizzards they did not give me spoons nor straws for my blizzards my entire order was messed up I called in and spoke to the guy and he said that he was busy and there's nothing that he can do about it I will not refer dairy Queen to nobody this is completely messed up I spent almost $40 on three meals and it was not right this is wrong this should not be done to people

    If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Four teenage kids milled around behind the counter refusing to make eye contact until it was clear I wasn't going to go away. Then the person who actually spoke to me was rude and unhelpful, and I had to ask VERY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS to get any information. As soon as the transaction was over, the girl rolled her eyes and said she was going on break. Honestly, if you want to be treated like a customer, I'd go somewhere else.
