  Constantly running out of beef, every time I've gone here they've forgotten to put everything in the bag. I ordered a French dip and they forgot the dip, this last time. Usually it's whole sandwiches or drinks, or sauce.

  The service here is literally the worst experience I've had in my life and I'm 60. Employees do not take orders, scream at customers, and smoke where they shouldn't. Honestly shameful. A health inspector is due.

  Middle of the day not a single person willing to take an order inside or out. Completely just ignoring all the customers. Never coming back

  Took 25 minutes in the drive thru and they didn't give me the dip for the french dip and the food was so cold… i was on lunch break and had to hurry back after waiting 25 minutes so i just had to eat a dry, cold french dip.

  If I could give zeros, I would. The inside is an absolute mess and dirty enough that my husband said he will drive out of Grove City to get it next time. Offering a new French Dip but out of the Au Jus, waiting 20 minutes while the rest of dinner sat in bags. The new sandwich, I’m sure is good however most of its toppings are in the crease of the bread. The manager was quite upset with his employees and the only good part of the experience. I worked at this location as a teenager and Dee and Zack would never run it like this. Donna on the back line on the daytime shift would never put out this low quality of food. Very disappointing.
