  If I could give negative stars I would. 3 times now I haven't gotten my food right. Tonight my plain burger was not plain. And my baconator fries were half empty. When I called and asked for a refund on the sandwich the manager was absolutely terrible to me. Do NOT ever go here.

  Not sure how old the chicken is but it was so tough , i could not even enjoy it

  I wouldn’t waste your time or money here. They serve you raw food or overcooked burnt food that’s been sitting out for a long period of time. The meat that they use in their chili is expired. I’ve seen multiple times them drop the meat on the floor pick it up and still serve it to the customers. They all get baked out of their minds and don’t wanna do their jobs. Time to close the doors completely with this restaurant.

  Been eating out a lot. Came in, was addressed politely and welcoming. Food looked good fresh hot, and was tasty. Pop area was not all sticky and gross. Decently clean and they were mildly busy. It was refreshing to eat here.

  I order the same thing any time I go. Me and my Fiancé both. They mess it up every time and today was the last straw. Our friends have had issues (ordered the tenders... Got nuggets, really?) today I felt like absolute garbage and didn't want to cook. I order online, as I always do, and get myself my usual baconator meal, my fiancé her usual crispy chicken blt no tomato add onion and pickle and cheese fries. I ate a few fries and felt sick to my stomach so I decided to put it in the fridge when I got home and see how I felt after a nap. My fiancé however got a regular crispy chicken sandwich with only lettuce on it. Her cheese fries looked like they didn't even try. And its been that way the last SEVERAL times we've tried ordering from here. I just went to eat my sandwich to find out, it wasn't even correct. I have a crispy chicken sandwich (actually looks like what she was supposed to get, still missing bacon) instead of a baconator sandwich. How does this happen? Do the employees just not care? Does management not do anything to push these employees to do better? Next time I have a want to eat Wendy's, I'll think twice.
