  I ordered 3 burgers from the drive thru and all 3 were messed up. I get messing up one, maybe even two. But three is crazy. Pure laziness and not even reading the screen. I asked for a PLAIN hamburger. I got a triple plain hamburger with onion and ketchup. The second burger was a double cheeseburger only mayo and tomato. It has everything on it with mayo and tomato added. The third burger was a triple cheeseburger only mustard and I got it with pickles and mustard.

  Just came in for a coffee and a meeting. The staff were above and beyond friendly, kind, and even wished me a good day when I left. A++ also, nice and tidy atmosphere!

  I get the same exact meal almost every night before work....... Large #3 plain with EXTRA CHEESE........ BUT SOMEHOW, the extra cheese is forgotten half the time, but I'm charged for it EVERY SINGLE TIME! Make that make sense...... I've been nice. I've called & informed them about it, but it doesn't help. I'm literally getting charged more for the same sandwich....... This has happened so many times. I'm literally getting stolen from at this point.

  I will never understand how it is so hard to get an order right. Something as simple as putting sauce in a bag, or putting the smoothie you ordered in the right size cup. Not sure what the best answer is but they need to get their shit together

  Instead of worrying about pulling ppl up and making the drive thru line LONGER they should focus on cooking their food throughly. No I wont go online and fill some BS survey. Cook your food before you make ppl sick!!!
