We walked in as they were switching to lunch. No one was at the counter to take an order. We waited for about 5minutes a guy walked and said “ oh, she’s in the bathroom.” Then walked away. After about another 10 minutes they took our orders… the food was cold. I went up to ask for mayo and was waiting for about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter. I had 3 or 4 people in the back make direct eye contact. I figured they would come but they didn’t I had to shout back can I get some mayo? Then a young lady came to the counter confused she said we don’t have mayo packets just containers… I stood there waiting… confused… then she walked up with one single mayo packet that they don’t have… tossed it on the counter and walked away.. I went to my table. We ate our cold food… now I feel sick… don’t come here unless you want sickness and to be bullied.

There are only 2 things consistent at this Wendy's: They are ALWAYS out of baked potatoes and they will ALWAYS forget/mess up something on your order. And if you ordered through the app, which this location has had issues with as well (went to order at 7pm, open til midnight, app said it would be ready at 10am tomorrow?!) there is nothing that can be done about reimbursement for missing food (like the mentioned baked potato.) I can go to any other Wendy's in the surrounding areas and not have any of these issues. Wendy's of Greenville, do better.

The dirtiest Wendy's I've ever visited. Employees standing around doing nothing. We had to clean our own table. When you're not busy you need to be cleaning!!

Disappointed the past two times I've been to this Wendy's first time I order a double stack with bacon it was suppose to have 2 patties with cheese, bacon, and the works what I received was two patties with only cheese..so this time I decided to play it safe and order a Jr bacon and cheese with the works..I will say this time they did actually add the bacon BUT nothing else no sauce , now toppings like what the heck? At least this time my burger was $3 instead of $9 but come on do better Greenville Wendy's. At the prices point and service I will better to just go to DQ from now on.
