  The food is good because it's a chain. It's hard to mess that up. However it's a roll of the dice on whether you get what you ordered. Feels like it just depends on who is working. I order the same thing everytime and eveytime they ask different question and give me different food.

  Just came through (order #3076). Cashier Shelly obviously hates her job. Zero, non-existent customer service skills. Almost pulled away due to her very poor and unwelcoming attitude.

  I usually get food through the drive thru. The food and service was good just slow.

  I'm a Dasher, time is money! This place doesn't seem to care. If there was a 0 available, I'd choose 0! I cringe to accept a dash for this restaurant because of the wait time getting the order picked up. 5 employees behind the counter running around like it was their first day, three customers waiting for help and their food in front of me. No communication with customers unless you said something. Apparently, there was a shift change happening. Two managers standing at the register talking. Nobody said anything about what was going on? Apparently the meat for my order was not even on the grill yet. Guys, when there is a shift change you let the customers know what's happening. Customers come first! Waited 20 minutes for the order to be completed.

  Don't go here. Service is very slow, half of the coke machine doesn't work and I'm pretty sure the lady at the register was high. Spend your money somewhere else!
