Food was good. Waited about 25 min for a sandwich.... (they were dealing with "other customers") upon looking in the window there weren't any "other customers"

Stopped by to get a late dinner around 9:30. Sign says the lobby closes at 10, lobby door was locked. The guy pointed at the drive-through line so I drove around then he told me it was 10 to 15 minutes because he was counting the front register. What a way to lose my business. 🤦♂️

Stood in line for over 20 minutes while they made 2 sandwich’s for the drive through. Got to the register finally just for them to count the cash register soon as it was time to pay.

I usually have a good experience at Subway but today was bad.
Only drive thru and took forever to get ordered. Did not get one of the veggies right.

Quality of our subs was fine but the service was very slow. there seem to be more concentration on the drive-thru window then to the people who actually took the time to come into the store. Staff was friendly and nice The problem is there was just one person running the location.
