  This taco bell is always the best place to go to when you want some tacos. If you ever have a order that is messed up they are on top of fixing it for you and they are very polite about it. I highly recommend eating here as the environment is always the top of the line. Thanks everyone for your hard work on making taco night the best nights💯

  I went inside ordered my food on the kiosk and stood there for a good half hour 45 mins while the employees stood there looking dumbfounded, one asked "heyy guys what are we supposed to be frying/cooking", the other looked at the food setting there waiting to be bagged like he didnt know what to do with it! When handed my food the statement was made "OH YOU HAD DRINKS???" while looking at me puzzled then goes and gets my drinks I get in my bag and I have food missing my quesadilla looks like it came off of the kids menu, my soft taco I couldn't even get off of the wrapper they put it on!

  Edit 03/22/2026 some days you go in and the crew is fantastic. Then there's crews like today. Husband and I waited again for 20/25 minutes while the staff tended only to the drive thru. When we got our order, husband's order had only one sauce of the two he ordered and almost half of the nuggets he ordered were literally the size of my pinky. We literally always have to ask for our drink cups. When he went to the counter to ask for his other sauce and to get the nuggets replaced because of the way smaller ones, they did oblige but still gave him the wrong sauce and acted disgruntled that he asked for the nuggets to be replaced. We both understand the fast food industry is fast paced and mistakes happen but when its consistently almost a half hour wait and things are consistently wrong in your order, there's a problem that needs to be addressed among the staff. Maybe more training on time management or working as a team. When this taco bell location first opened they were great! Several weeks in things rapidly went downhill. I normally wouldn't complain but there's been issues the last 3 times I've gone. First time, I ordered three power bowls, waited over ten minutes with only 2 cars in the drive thru and i was the ONLY customer inside. I don't mind waiting but when I got home to eat, every single bowl was made wrong. Missing things I paid for, things in the wrong one, etc. The second time, I was missing two things I ordered and paid for. Tonight. My husband and I went. Placed an order at the kiosk (only two or three items), waited again, almost 20 minutes this time, while people stood at the counter waiting for food and telling the staff to add things to their order while they were making it. It seemed like the crew had no assembly line formed and were running around with no idea who was doing what. It's a shame because taco bell is one of my favorites and everyone in town was so excited to get a local taco bell! Hoping things improve!
