  Was originally handed a bag without any of my additional items or fork/napkins. The bowl felt light, but I didn’t question it. I definitely should have! They were out of chicken, which I had paid for an extra side of. Then I get home and my bowl literally has no steak in it! Zero, not one piece. Given the attitudes of the staff tonight, it feels intentional. It had some weird stuff in it that may have been pieces from one of the salsas? Not sure, but I wasn’t willing to risk eating it. You can’t speak to a real person when you call and even though I spent $17.70 their automated system would only refund $11.35. Horrible customer service and the food is disgusting. I will not be back to this location.

  I stopped in around 3pm and the place looked like it had been to by a late lunch rush they were nit ready for. Most of the options were close to being gone and the tables and floor were a mess. Thankfully there was food left on their drive through line or I would have had to wait.

  I ordered by calling the number for Chipotle in Granville. It took my order with the prompts. Gave me a time to come and took payment. I got there and was told to wait.. I waited.. and waited and waited. The line never moved. The workers were just staring at everyone and I left an hour later without food or reimbursement. I was not happy. This wasn’t a first time for poor service

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve tried to give this Chipotle location multiple chances, but it’s still a complete train wreck. They are constantly out of key ingredients right at the beginning of the dinner rush. How do you run out of basic items before the evening even really gets going? It happens over and over again. On top of that, the line moves painfully slow. I’ve waited 15–20 minutes with only a handful of people in front of me. There’s no sense of urgency and no organization. Usually only one person working the line. The worst experience was with an online order. I showed up at the scheduled pickup time and was told it would be *another* 30 minutes. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not even started until after you arrive? I’ve really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but nothing improves. If you value your time (or actually want the ingredients you ordered), you’re better off going to the New Albany location.

  I actually hate this place so much. This is without a doubt the worst chipotle I have ever gone to. This is not a one time experience, I consistently go here just to find out that they are out of key things like rice or chicken. Even when your the only person in line the workers act like your invisible and seem to have anything else to do. I hadn’t eaten my food prior to starting this review. Midway through writing this, I ate a piece of raw chicken. DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE GOD FORSAKEN TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. I genuinely wish I could do more than write a review; I wish I could watch this chipotle close forever so no one has to suffer as I have suffered. This is the worst chipotle ever.
