  Go spend your money elsewhere. We walked in with two people in front of us and it took over 10 minutes for one guy to work the line alone while the cashier stared at the guy making burritos. And other staff prepping food elsewhere while the line continued to grow behind us. We watched the guy with longer blonde hair (not in a hair net or pulled back) touch his face / nose multple times while making someones food and not change his gloves. Once we got to the front, we could see the food looked like it had been sitting for quite a while / unappealing. I was so grossed out by the guy touching his face and the food looking gross in the line. We left and didnt even order food. Go support a small business uptown instead.

  Honestly in my opinion, this is one of the better Chipotles out there. Even though people say the place is always a mess and the staff are rude, i never see any examples of that. The staff try their best to maintain cleanliness and try to keep up with everything, and honestly they do a decent job. Most people who come here are too quick to judge and leave a very negative review because of some minor inconvienence. They're out of something specific? Just be patient or open your variety. this Chipotle seems to be pretty busy most of the day so its understandable why they run out of stuff quickly and wait times are a little more than others. All and all, people need to stop whining and give this place a chance, I say it's been doing great since it opened this spring. Food is good, I LOVE their queso and steak, and staff are pretty chill.

  My preorder is always wrong. Going to this location is the equivalent of throwing money in the trash. If you pre-order do not drive away until you have checked everything.

  I’ve given this place several chances, but the staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. If you can’t handle simple customer service or treat people with respect, maybe don’t work in customer service? Every visit involves waiting 20 minutes or more for food, even when it’s not busy. They’re always out of basic items, and when you finally are up you’re told to “wait even longer” because they are out of things. It’s the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the time and money, there are plenty of other places nearby that actually value their customers and know how to run a business. Too bad there isn’t a 0 star option just for this place :)

  Once again, my trip to Chipotle left me thoroughly disappointed—it’s clear that high food quality and excellent customer service are a thing of the past. As is all too common, the restaurant was out of key ingredients, forcing us to wait for white rice to be prepared. The wait wasn’t worth it: the rice was completely overcooked and mushy. The chicken tasted old and unpleasantly chewy, and my son’s burrito was skimpy on portions containing only about a third of the chicken it should have, with half the burrito lacking any chicken at all. To top it off, the staff was rude and inattentive, and the store itself was noticeably dirty for such a brand-new location. Chipotle, please step up your game—customers deserve better.
