  Just totally completely wack. Wrong order, embarrassing service, food was very bad. Franchisee or whomever should just sell this place and let something decent fill its place. Most of the employees should be stocking shelves at a grocery store, not serving food

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I have eaten at dozens of Chipotle locations across the country and have never seen anything like this location. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE AT ANY CHIPOTLE. Filthy conditions, habitually understaffed, and the staff that is there seemingly has no supervision and no direction. Chipotle corporate needs to visit this location and do something ASAP. Beyond unacceptable.

  The rice is hard, chicken is always full of bad pieces and the wait is insane. We drive further out to avoid this location. I live really close so this is so unfortunate. Been multiple times and they ALWAYS disappoint.

  I was told my wait for my order would be an additional hour, time I did not have to wait for the food. I went to cancel my order through a third party app and it said that I would be fully charged if I cancelled the order. When I asked them what to do to be refunded because I wasn’t waiting that long I was told, “Maybe google it?” I could not control what tumbled out of my mouth as I walked out. I contacted customer support through the third party and what did they say? That the restaurant needed to cancel the order for me to not be charged….and I was told to Google how to get refunded by their employee. This isn’t my first time with horrible customer service there, but it will be my last time.

  Was originally handed a bag without any of my additional items or fork/napkins. The bowl felt light, but I didn’t question it. I definitely should have! They were out of chicken, which I had paid for an extra side of. Then I get home and my bowl literally has no steak in it! Zero, not one piece. Given the attitudes of the staff tonight, it feels intentional. It had some weird stuff in it that may have been pieces from one of the salsas? Not sure, but I wasn’t willing to risk eating it. You can’t speak to a real person when you call and even though I spent $17.70 their automated system would only refund $11.35. Horrible customer service and the food is disgusting. I will not be back to this location.
