- ALAnnette Long5 days ago5.0I decided to put an online order tonight from Chipotle on 5th avenue in Grandview. When I went to pick up my food at 5:50p there was one employee working. I know this isn’t an idea situation but she was the kindest person. I am sure she was stressed out because she had to tell customers they couldn’t be served due to staffing. She deserves a promotion and some recognition for how professionally she handled the situation. My food was also delicious & made perfectly. Thank you for making my experience great.

When they told me for the umpteenth they don’t have Fajitas I just left the line mid-order and forced them to throw out a bowl, steak, tortilla etc. I’m not paying when you don’t even have peppers/onions in a burrito place It’s ridiculous corporate has happily let stores deteriorate so badly, no one is held accountable
