  Best Mc donalds ever. Sometimes depending on the time you go you might have to wait for some fresh fries but besides that its wonderful. I will say my sister in law called me crying one day picking up food for her work though because one of the workers made her cry and was extremely rude. She is by far the sweetest person in the world. And I love this mc donalds I was pretty sad to hear of this. Especially because they've always been wonderful for me. But this was on a shift she said that ive never been so whos ever working lunch or breakfast needs to be a little bit nicer to people. We never know what people are struggling with. And it takes that one person to be unkind to change their whole day and make it worse. But they do have the best fries ever.

  Food is terrible. Uncooked fries. On the door it says dine in is open till 11pm, tried to dine in and the doors were locked & refused to open the doors before it was even 10pm. IT SPECIFICALLY SAYS DINE IN OPEN TILL 11pm!! They close the dine in at different times everyday. They loveeee to clean 5 hours early so they decide to close the lobby 3 hours early just because they’re too lazy to reclean. Also got cussed out over the phone. Another thing!! They also love to close the lobby after a school event or game is over due to kids coming in. Their manager is a weirdo as well. Ifykyk.

  If zero was an option. I placed a mobile order bc that was the only option at the time. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We asked several times about and we're told they had it, to no avail. Asked to speak to a manager and she was not pleasant. Walked away from us as we were talking and then talked trash about us in the kitchen. I have never been treated so poorly. Miss Wood you need some training. We were giving an office number that was closed. People were walking out left and right. The family ahead of waited just as long to find out that the "kiosk" never sent the order over and they had no way to get a refund because the order disappeared. They had to show bank account receipt to receive refund. To make matters worse, we ended up getting our order after the long wait and disrespect and the sandwiched had no sauce, bacon was burnt to a crisp and everything was cold. Insane McDonalds experience.
