Tonight we went through the drive-thru to get a Grinch meal and a quarter pounder with cheese. If I am going to pay $14 for a Grinch meal, I have a couple of expectations. (1) French fries 🍟 and chicken nuggets need to be 'burn my mouth HOT' and (2) the hot mustard sauce needs to be in the box. I cracked into the box as soon as I got it so that I could enjoy the French fries before they got cold. Too late. They were partially cooked and appeared to have been sitting under the warmer light that had failed at its one purpose. The fries were not even lukewarm. They were inedible. The chicken nuggets were somewhat warmer, but by no means were they hot...not even close. They may have been edible had they had the hot mustard that was ordered but the mustard was not included in the very cute Grinch box. But at least I got the socks. Definitely would not recommend. My husband did not check his little bag before getting home. Instead of the quarter pounder he ordered he got the McDouble.

On her way out the door to deliver food to someone parked in drive through, she told us "it will be a few minutes." Delivered 2 more outdoor orders before helping us (inside customers). The drink station was out of service (had to ask for refill at counter) & no napkins out for people to take as needed. Bathrooms were clean, but one stall had a broken lock.
