Worst experience I’ve had at a DQ. Most of the workers are high schoolers, which I have no problem with but they would rather sit and talk to each other than help the customers. Then made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them.
I ordered 2 Oreo Snowdrift blizzards. Only one was blue and made the way it was supposed to be. When I took it back in to get replaced, she told me “it’s not actually going to be blue and you won’t taste the marshmallow cause there isn’t enough in it to make a taste difference. But there will be cookie crumbles in the bottom”
The picture isn’t the most clear but 1 was clearly blue and not the other. She wouldn’t remake it because I “was wrong”.
Save your money and go elsewhere

Good treats, fast and friendly service.
They recently put up a thin blue line flag in the window. That's a shame.
