- THTanner HouseholderJul 22, 20251.0The subway app and website will not take any payment I add to place an order. I have tried multiple times to get deals/rewards and it never works. The owners and the store employees don't care at all, and won't honor the deal or coupon at all and won't help me. The subway app and website SUCKS and doesn't work. You can't submit any IT issues or update the app. I basically can't ever order online because it denies my payment every time even when I use multiple different cards and not a single person can help me and I have no resource to get in contact with Subway because they just have a live chat bot that gives you the run around. Stupid. Terrible experience.
