- BDBrieanna DaigneaultDec 1, 20255.0I had a poor experience with delivery (doordash) in which my order never arrived after being marked "delivered". This was not their fault- and I happened to call to verify everything and tell them what had happened. Hannah answered the phone and was very kind from the start, expressed great concern and was extremely helpful in making sure I got my refund from doordash, as well as informing me that the name I told her of the driver on the app very clearly was not who had picked up the order. I ended up placing another order and picked it up myself- which when I got to the store, both workers (Hannah and a younger man) were very kind to me and even gave me free taco coupons for the inconvenience. I've always come to this location and never have issues, and the food is always so much better than any other location i've had. After this experience though, I just had to leave a review and express how amazing Hannah is as an employee/manager, thank you!!!
