Last time we ordered, it wasnt done until a literal HOUR after we placed the order, making my fiance late for work. She was just complaining audibly the whole time. Today, same story. We ordered an hour ago through the app and its still not ready. It's like she was hired in without training. Going to start ordering at the other Geneva Subway instead even though this one is closer to home.

I call to complain the manager tells me that's what you get eith their promotional deal. Ive gotten subway for 9ver s decade this was the very first time it's happened with a promotional deal or not. If your going to get ripped off using their promotion maybe they shouldn't have them. So it's the new owners clearly.
