I tried to call to see if I could get my drinks and chips the delivery person forgot, and he hung up on me twice, wouldn’t tell me if they were left there or if I could pick them up. Then when I go up there, he has them in a bag, the only pick up order there…. Then had some nasty things to say on my way out. I really don’t understand how you guys employee this person, yet alone make him a manager.

Your sandwich artist extraordinaire, Will, undoubtedly and hands-down is the best by far. First of all, he greeted us kindly as we walked in your store. Once we figured out what we wanted and placed our order, Will promptly and meticulously build our sandwiches. He didn’t roll his eyes or give off an attitude when we asked for more toppings or less toppings… He did his job perfectly! It’s a shame, we have three Subway shops in Ashtabula and none can come even closed to this amazing experience. Will did have an issue ringing up our coupon. However, the manager on duty was very kind in assisting him. We left your store with the best feeling of being 100% satisfied. When we got home, the sandwiches were simply outstanding. Thank you so much Will!!
