Something changed and it always seems dirty, my drink was not being made right, and the service i get is shameful. My last straw before writing a review was the tall unhygienic employee getting an rude with an old lady who was confused but she was still so sweet. I guess if you lack morals and hygiene, Geneva Dunkin Donuts is the place to work. If I was the Store Manager, I would be embarrassed to say "I run the Dunkin in Geneva" .... Yeah into the ground. Looking at these reviews seems a lot of other people agree which suggests this is not an isolated incident. Someone hold these employees accountable. It may be a minimum wage job but it is still a place of business. P.S. ... Someone get that employee a burger and a shower.
