Incurred hospital and doctor costs, as I was in writhing pain and very sick. Pizza Hut was informed of this issue and I got excuses, rather than a formal apology or an offer to refund my food. This will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut again in my life, and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.
