  Food is ok, staff is ok. There are 2 grill guys who are always nice. Mack and Q are super sweet

  I don't know why they have that guy passing out orders in the front on Easter. He purposely ignoring people waiting. And passing out cold food. That's horrible and disgusting.

  This has to be an unfortunate trend... This is the second McDonald's today, within 2 miles, where we sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins for them to tell us that they cant serve us because "they don't have any workers"... I would've accepted a response of "We're running a little behind because we are short on staff today... Why would you answer the drive thru, just to tell me i can order when ready, have me sit there for nearly 15 mins to ultimately tell me that I can't order because you don't have any workers??? This is UNBELIEVABLE! McDonald's HAS TO DO BETTER!!

  Sat in the drive threw got greeted 2 times and proceeded to order and got ignored for 10 minutes. I then called the store to get told "uh yeah I aint got no workers ". I asked so your closed then? She responded "Yup". As a person with manager experience for 7 years its kind of pathetic. Ive been the only to open and id tell people im alone so it'll be a little longer than normal if you still want to order then im ready!

  So uh I'm a little confused! I'm thirsty and so was my boyfriend! Someone (possibly an ai maybe bc it was robotic sounding) and we give our order for TWO drinks... and no one answered. Someone needs to get up off their behind and do their job. Seriously, I worked fast food before and couldn't EVER be caught sitting around being lazy. You are there to work NOT dilly dally! I didn't see anyone there at the windows or inside!!! only one car in the lot and they can't make 2 drinks??? I seen that this happened with another person 2 months ago... looks like they are still at it. Lets encourage our employees to WORK. and maybe the owner should really reply like a human and not some AI ChatGPT response!
