I asked who was another lady that walked past the counter and I was told she was a manager. I spoke with her about my order and she was apologetic about the situation. The owner needs to review these reviews, everyone can not possibly be saying the same thing about your staff and it not be true.

She didn’t let me finish my order, every time I tried to add something to the order she screamed at me to pull around. Then when I got my order it was missing a drink and she screamed at her coworker for me to move my car. The guy handing out food at window 2 looked so sad and apologetic. I can only imagine working with her is miserable. Not to be that person but if I managed this McDonald’s I’d check the schedule and let her go. She was MISERABLE, RUDE and UNKIND.

THEY forgot half their food and then were extremely rude as well and the sandwiches they did get the bread was hard and the fries were soft and limp. Ewwwww. They had to leave there and go to Wendy's to get some decent food. 😒 Work on how you treat and talk to ppl cause I don't play aboht my kids!
