  All of the crew is nice and courteous except for the manager she is very rude don't speak when spoken to just a real bummer for the whole restaurant so every time I walk in I don't speak to her just a young man that's at the front counter expediting the food from the window he's more customer service experience then she needs to be retrained.

  I waited in the drive thru for several minutes after opening. I decide to travel miles down the road to the Independence location due to no service. As I drive around to the exit, I notice the employees just standing around and walking slow. No one was working any machines instead they relaxed in the main areas and near the register. We should not be treated like this.

  Worst experience ever today. We clearly mentioned NO PICKLES, yet the sandwich was with pickles. This isn’t a small mistake I had an allergy with pickles. The sandwich was ruined, and no care was taken to check the order. Extremely disappointed with the quality and attention to detail. Won’t be ordering again.
