  Awful experience, my fiance and I both ordered a Philly steak one worker argued with the other because he didnt want to be burdened with taking both our orders at once, the bread and cheese got prepared then the 2 workers at the time argued about whether or not there was steak, there was no steak, we changed the protien the subs were burnt, I got meatball which was not good, the meat tasted like hot, mushy, nothingness with very sweet tomato sauce, my fiance had a sandwich with mayo and complained the mayo was also weirdly sweet and he only took a few bites from his sandwich and threw it out, one of the workers said absolutely nothing to us while checking out, not a greeting or even a response after we greeted or said thank you have a good one. While filling our sodas a worker told the other worker "just to let you know imma hit the break room and have this blunt, I really need a blunt right now" we dined in and the place was really messy, floors were disgusting. I wish we would've opted to go home and make something instead of giving this location a try, it was not worth it.

  So I ordered for pickup. Got my order all the way home and both footlongs were missing stuff. Mainly no mayo on one and less mustard and pepper on the other. We were missing 1 cookie as well. Took it all the way back and they remade the footlongs however there was so much mayo and mustard on them it was dripping out of the sides and ends of each sandwich. Um, sorry you didn't add the mayo and mustard the first time you made the sandwiches but ya didn't have to drown them in it this time. DO BETTER. O and if you really hate wrapping the sandwiches like you said right in front of me, then maybe find a job where you don't have to wrap the sandwiches.

  Do NOT come to THIS Subway in Galloway OH, Norton/Hall road. Absolutely the most disgusting location ever! Food was awful, place was dirty all the way around. Windows couldn't be seen thru for never having been cleared of fingerprints. The fountain drink dispenser was cruddy. And my "burnt offering" sub bun was so hard & old, it didn't need toasted. I never toast it, but it looked & tasted like it had been left in toaster for 30 min. Ended up taking my meats out & eating them plain. The 2 employees behind counter had no clue what they were making, when I said no toasting, but cook the bacon on the American Club he says "oh you want to add bacon? No, it comes with it! " Haven't ate at Subway for more than 2 yrs, now I remember why. 🤮

  Went thru drive thru with co-worker for lunch and got 2 cookies two people one bag unacceptable no napkins for naturally messy meatball subs. You tell me should I be impressed? Thank god the food is good. Taking away a star for technicalities.

  This is the worse subway I’ve ever been to. They are extremely RUDE. I am disabled and I had a friend go in because I like when my order is made and somebody’s watching. I get home to eat the sub there’s barely any lettuce the tomatoes look like mush, the barely any sauce, barely any steak and the bread was hard as hell. The last time my bread was hard, but usually the food was all right. The manager, our owner of whoever it is told me that they’ll remake it but don’t come back to this location if I’m not satisfied. I said that’s pretty crazy that you would turn away money just because you guys messed up on the order and don’t want to remake it. It’s not that big of a deal to re-
