  I wish I could give less than one star. This place sucks. Can't get a simple order right. Consistently gives regular soda when you order a diet. Which is a major concern for any type 1's. Just dont. This Wendy's needs to close.

  Girl at the window started to hand me 3 drinks I asked for a drink carrier and she immediately got an attitude ..then she shoved 3 bags of food at me aggressively.. I asked for ketchup and she slammed it in my hand and said have a nice evening..

  They have a rude manager named Laney who acts like she doesn’t even want to be there every time we come. This time, she went too far. She shoves all 4 of my bags at me and doesn’t say a word, walks away with other workers to go gossip more, it looked like. Sat and waited for a minute but have to honk my horn because Laney has forgotten our sour cream and a straw, when I ask for it she gives me sour cream, my wife says we still need a straw, that’s when Laney decided to roll her eyes at us. I walked in to talk to a manager, she is the manager on site. The wife calls in to make sure we got her name right and to let her know we would be reporting her, Laney then decided to instead of apologize to my wife, but to call her “cracked out”. I will take this up as far as I absolutely can. I give too much business and spread word of mouth business for this place too much for them to not care how their customers are treated, not to mention she didn’t even get our order completely correct and forgot our sons frosty.
