  I was here last week and received absolutely garbage service. The manager was completely disrespectful to not only the customers in the lobby but also her employees?! It was around 10 am when she started. My food was completely made wrong and half of it wasn't even hot. I had ordered a quesadilla and the cheese wasnt cooked through and it wasn't even cut! The atmosphere is completely unprofessional and the lobby was dirty, you would think the lobby would be cleaner so early in the morning but I guess not. And to add that the employees working directly with the food didnt even change their gloves. DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY!!!!!!!!!!! I will not be coming back here and that manager needs to be written up or fired. Completely unacceptable to be treating the public and your employees like trash.

  Ordered for three people waited 20 minutes on our food and then another 30 minutes on our drinks. Completely understaffed, and our food was incorrect after waiting all that time. We ordered custom items on our food. Didn’t even get them completely forgot one item and ended up getting a five layer bean burrito for free. Every time the girl at the window would come over to talk to us and see what we were standing there waiting on somebody would come over and interrupt her and yell at her about something else so we never even got to tell her what we were waiting on. It was just our drinks or that our orders were wrong. Ended up walking out. Nobody is paying attention to the front and if you pay with cash, good luck cause you can’t get them to come over and ring out your order so that will start making your food. Won’t be back.

  When I want to order food at a restaurant I'M NOT DOING YOUR JOB and being forced to use a kiosk .. I hope you go out of business

  Stayed away from this location for 10 years, im glad to see at least I was correct to. Miserable workers, got the wrong order, waited in line for 30 min to get to the window to wait 10 more min and then they started making our order, pull out and realize they forgot half of it.

  Ordered 3 things waited 40 minutes from the time I got my receipt. The last 2 times I have been there it’s been horrible. One time they didn’t have a cheese and told me they could substitute it but would have to charge me extra. Extra because they didn’t have it. This time I went in because the drive thru line was long. I watched the car i would have been behind get their food and 11 more cars get food before anyone inside got an order. This place is getting worse and worse. Then when I did finally get my food the tacos hard shell was broken so bad. I couldn’t even pick them up.
