  I've had problems with this McDonald's several times the last time was over selling apple pies that was over the hours but tonight Takes the Cake made mobile order and I had to wait for a minute or two why I don't know because all I got was cold food cold french fries I could have picked them up off the road and they'd been warmer. I will go to a different McDonald's if I have to drive a half hour will not stop at this one probably won't even stop at them either cuz they're just going to be as bad huh McDonald's has went downhill since the seventies of course we had people that wanted to work then.

  If I could give less than a one star, I would. Placed a mobile order today and when I arrived to the location on Eastern Avenue to pick it up I gave my code and the code they read back to me was incorrect so I repeated it. The cashier told me that they don't have the order and they'll never get the order. I didn't understand what this meant since the payment had already been made and asked. The cashier told me to see if I could change the pick up method to counter instead of drive thru. Told them I was unable to do that (once I got my phone back from my toddler to see). A woman came out of the back door and approached my vehicle. She was rude as could be, would not stop interrupting me for anything. Ended up saying she was the general manager of gallipolis McDonald's. Multiple times she put her hands in the air and said she refused to help me and I "can just sit there then." I said ok. And she responded with she'll call the police. She kept yelling at me and I asked her numerous times why she insisted on yelling and she continued to yell, while I kept my tone and language professional to understand what's going on, what we need to do next, and basic human decency towards other people. She proceeded to wave her finger in my face and tell me she will absolutely not do a single thing to help me. I asked for her boss's contact information to file a complaint on the general manager and she told me she wasn't giving me any information. We've always had nothing by issues with the quality and accuracy of food at this location, which I have also overlooked because it's McDonald's, my expectations aren't high, however, the way the general manager was speaking and yelling at me with my kids in the vehicle with me was absolutely diabolical.
