  They forgot my 2 empanadas, my nacho fries and my cheese!! This review is strictly for the 2nd shift crew, they consistently mess up our orders. The 1st shift crew is wonderful, y'all can rock on, if it wasn't for them this would be a 1 star review. It would be unfair to give a 1 star with such a good morning crew

  Worst taco bell as far as competence goes. EVERY time we order from here weather it be online or through the window they screw up. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. the ONLY time they got it right is morning shift. Clearly the afternoon/evening shift is full of disrespectful, rude, incompetent people all the way to management. I shouldn't have to waste gas driving back and forth from Crestline to galion because of their screw ups. At this point its worth going the few extra miles to ontario taco bell. At least they can do their jobs.

  Literally placed an online order not even a full minute before pulling into their drive-thru. Was told that their entire system is down and they can't take any online orders or orders in person, As a former GM I know this is not true. It literally allowed us to place an order online so if your system is down then how did that happen? This location typically does a good job but the young lady working today was very rude and had a extreme attitude since she knew that we knew she was lying. Diabolical then they tell us they can't even give us a refund and that hopefully in 48 hours it will be there. Why cant you make an order that was already paid for you food isnt down right?

  Waited 5 minuyes for someone to take our order. Manager was rude when I asked for a refund because the Baja Freeze wasn't working.
