  Today at Subway in Galion was the worst service and the sloppiest most disgusting sub I have ever had in my entire life. There was so much Mayonnaise on it. It was smushed all over the bread, so much oil and that it was soaked and it was not made with care at all , just thrown together. Didn't even finish it. Left my mess on the table. I hope that this girl that made this ends up getting fired. Cause she sure, as heck can't make a sub to save her soul. Then her co-worker has a really bad attitude. Somebody came in said that they didn't get their whole order that they were missing a 12 inch sub, and she had a hissy fit and an attitude, but said she will make it over for him. Well, you better believe you're going to make it over for him. I'll never go back there again.

  I visited the Subway in Galion today and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The young woman working there was very nice and polite, and I appreciated her good customer service. However, the other employee, a young man with blonde curly hair and glasses, was very unprofessional. Every time I’ve seen him working, he seems to rush through orders and doesn’t put much effort into making the food properly. He also makes cocky or rude comments toward customers. During this visit he even said he didn’t want to be there and would rather be fixing his car tires. Comments like that create an uncomfortable environment for customers. I hope management addresses this because the location could be great with the right attitude from staff.

  Manager would rather talk with employees about going to the bar than doing there job. When a order is placed for pick up at 6:20 pm and not ready or made till 6:50 pm that's a issue. Other people walked out saying going other places to eat. The disrespect the employees and manager on shift on March 8 2026 is beyond tolerance and made me and my family refuse to support this subway ever again.

  Online orders should never come before a customer that's waiting in line. 1st cine 1st serve. Get your lazy but up and come get your food. 1 person walked out when 3 subs came up from a online order when he was about to order
