  Went around 11:50 p.m. on a Thursday, website & sign said they were open till 1:00 a.m.. The drive-thru screen was on and greeted me asking about the mobile app, but no one answered the drive-thru and no one came to drive-thru window.

  They need to work on their people skills!!! I asked for the bathroom code and they give me one that didn't work so I ask them again and didn't give me one and just would tell me thank you for come in.....I won't be back at this location...

  I have NEVER in my entire life experienced what I experienced last night. I ordered my food ahead a time using the mobile app and chose the pick up in drive thru option. I was in the drive thru and they told me I have to come inside to get my food. I go inside and I’m waiting at the front and no one is greeting me. A tall woman worker only noticed me because she just so happened to turn around. Had AirPods in both her ears so she couldn’t hear anything. I told her I tried to get my order in the drive thru but was told to come inside, she asked for my name and grabbed my stuff, sat it on the counter, told me to have a good day and walked away. The drink was HALF filled and the bag was missing every sauce packet and avocado sauce that i paid extra for (which happens every single time I come here) I tried to speak up to ask for my sauces but she was walking away and could not hear me due to music playing in her AirPods. Once she noticed I was still standing there, I waived her back over to me and explained I was missing the sauces, she told me I can just grab the packets over on the side counter and threw a packet of some kind of avocado packet in the bag and walked away. I once again spoke up and said it was supposed to be the ranch sauce but she could not hear me because she had AirPods in her ear. Had it been the work headset, it would have been understandable. So I stood there and AGAIN, had to loudly speak up asking for help. A different worker finally came over and asked what I needed and I expressed to her that I was trying to get the attention of the previous worker but she couldn’t hear anything I was saying and kept walking away. The worker looked me straight in the face and said “we are busy and you’ve hardly been waiting, relax.” Walked away and started talking bad about me to someone behind the cooking area. Without even coming back up or turning the corner, she literally THREW the container of avocado sauce toward me. Didn’t hand it to me, didn’t put it in the bag, didn’t apology, just THREW it at me and it’s ALL on camera. This is the most insane food service I’ve ever encountered. Do NOT go here. I will be filing a complaint because no one should have to go through this.

  I very specifically asked the woman about a burrito and explained to substitute the meat for refried beans. Initially she rung it as a cantina burrito add black beans but we realized I was looking for the 5 layer sub refried beans for the beef. I noticed that she didn’t ring it in as substituting the beans on the screen after all of this, so at the window I once again inquired and said “ you substituted the beef for beans, correct?” She claimed she did. I get home and it’s beef. I am unable to eat meat and just wasted my money as well as my lunch hour because of this. Not sure how we can have a whole conversation about subbing beans and then she still doesn’t sub. Order #19 on 03/05/26 at 11:07 am, restaurant #038890 — please do better, some people have food intolerances and it’s frustrating explicitly stating I need substitutes and care not being taken to make it correctly.
