  This McDonald’s is consistently terrible. The food, the Customer Service, the atmosphere are all miserable. We’ve been there multiple times, always hoping that it might be better, but it never is. Tonight, the fries were served cold, our hamburgers both had buns so old the edges were crusty and dried out, AND we got the wrong order! On top of this, the young woman employee gave us ATTITUDE when we asked for the right food. I have no idea how this restaurant could be getting 3+ stars when employees just don’t care & disrespect customers.

  Walt.\nInside a ten p m on friday , march twenty seventh and was told that the lobby was closed. I then looked at the door went back in and told them that the door said that they were opening until eleven , but they said they were short staffed , so they were not going to be open.

  Locations like this explain why Chick-fil-a is such a success. This McDonalds is nothing more than some arches. Chick-fil-a is interaction, attention, manners and a THANK YOU. Here your cold food is thrown on the counter and your number is called. Chick-fil-a ask for my name and ask, What can I get started for you Mr. Tom. I was there at 7:30 on a Friday night, I counted 7 employees that I could see, Not sure about that because nobody had uniforms, hats or name tags. There were 2 people sitting in the dining room and when I pulled in 1 car at the drive thru. Bottom line is poor interaction and service which explains the lack of customers, If this is the future of Mcdonalds, I'm buying Chick-fil-a stock tomorrow.

  This is about the third time I've come to this location and they've either lost or deleted my mobile order and had me wait here for 10+ minutes for some nuggets and fries. They just always seem clueless of whatevers going on. When I actually get my food it's good though.

  This isn’t the worst McDonald’s in the Columbus area, but it’s not far from it. Often they will be closed even though they advertise 24 hours. Sometimes when you pull up to the speaker they’ll say they need 5 minutes before they’re ready for breakfast, but don’t have anything at all to serve you. Many times I’ve had to go without food before work because they’re the only place near me that’s supposed to be open that early in the morning. I avoid them whenever possible.
