- JGJA G6 days ago1.0I ordered through the Wendy's app (1/31) but when I got to the restaurant they claimed to not have the order. I showed them they order but the said they didn't receive it. They were busy and I didn't have time to wait as my kids had an event to attend. Eventually I went to a different location. Wendy's however charged me for both orders and although I have called and visited this restaurant and have texted Wendy's corporate, I still haven't receive a refund and it has been well over a month. They say it was "escalated" but still no refund.

The food wasn't fresh or warm enough. I stopped going to this Wendy's and only got Wendy's at the one on Hamilton rd New Albany when I went to the Dr,'s.
