- AFAbbi Feasel2 days ago4.0We had a wonderful experience. We had issues with the food, my steak was overdone. And after I told our waiter Spencer, he took care of it immediately. I told him I was not that pressed about it but still wanted to let him know and he insisted on getting me a new one anyways. They overcooked it again, although not sending out, he still had to come tell us it would be a longer wait. My husband and I have worked in the service industry before so very understanding, not to mention getting to spend extra time kid-free! But he and the manager lady (who's name I cannot remember) were very apologetic. The entire time, Spencer showed great professionalism. When we go back, we will absolutely request him. He was an awesome waiter the entire time, very personable, and showed no frustration having our table taken up for so long if he was. Things happen, we get that, so we weren't upset. He and the manager took care of it very well though and that is what counts. 100 stars and 1,000 cookies awarded to Spencer!

I celebrated my birthday dinner here with my small family, and it made the evening even more special and memorable. What amazed me the most was our server—he truly knew what he was doing. He was professional, attentive, and confident, making great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere was cozy yet elegant. Thank you, The Barn, for a fantastic birthday celebration. We will definitely be back!

He was attentive and very friendly. He took great care of us and when I described a drink I had there before, he knew exactly what I was talking about and brought it out for me. The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant was a nice, chill atmosphere for our NYE celebration. Lowkey but very classy. Thank you for hosting a wonderful evening for us! We'll be back again soon!

And the whole time wasn’t attentive at all. She walked by our table several times while we were both out of our drinks and condiments. When buying $60 steaks I don’t think it’s too much to ask to make sure we have water…We were sat in an empty section where we saw her visit only one other table. It was 7:30 pm so the place wasn’t busy, which would’ve excused her inattentiveness.. very disappointed. Also they ran out gluten free bread (obviously not her fault) but really disappointing as it’s a big highlight of going there as someone who can’t eat regular bread!

We’ve consistently enjoyed both the quality of the food and the excellence of the service, which is why it was our first choice for our Christmas dinner this year. Knowing the restaurant is closed on Christmas Day and that we were unavailable on Christmas Eve, we planned ahead and attempted to place a carryout order. We were surprised and disappointed to learn that carryout orders are not offered on Christmas Eve. As a result, we reluctantly chose a competitor who was able to accommodate our needs. That said, we would much rather have supported a restaurant we genuinely love. We’re sharing this feedback not as a complaint, but as an encouragement for management to reconsider the Christmas Eve carryout policy. Many loyal customers want to enjoy your food during the holidays—even when dining in isn’t possible—and this feels like a missed opportunity to serve them. We look forward to returning and hope this policy might be revisited in the future.
