Either they are hitting ready early to hit a quota, or their automated timing is too fast for the workers. Tables weren't clean and water cups were not readily available. Expect a wait for food to be made.

They have one person working the register at the busy lunch hour. The floors are a mess. People working in the kitchen ate milling about back and forth and there's been a gentleman waiting for his food, he was already cashed out when I arrived. One employee is leaning on the counter taking a call in spite of the fact no one I'm the restaurant is being served. Cat worse as I stood here. The individual on the phone was using the phone with his gloved hand and then return to the food without changing the glove He also wiped his nose with the same gloved hand. Well now I got even worse. I asked to speak with the manager the manager came over and that is the individual that was on the phone and wiping his nose with his gloved hand and then handled the food. I stopped here to do a nice gesture for a co-worker and regret my decision to stop at this location.

I asked for no cilantro on sandwich and of course it was on the sandwich melted into the cheese, so not even able to be taken off. I’m not impressed unfortunately. Cost me $25 and definitely not worth it.
