  Why have inside dining. the ability to even get someone's attention within the closet opening that is now used as the ordering area and anyone who does notice you tells you to use a kiosk but will disappear quicker than you can even respond because they just say something without you looking at them to tell them the kiosses don't work only to have all five of us walk out why have an inside dining room just close it down just just make a bunch of McDonald's classic locations that's what you want I'm only saying this because it's true will no longer waste my time because if my time not valued by the people I spend my money at I'll never go there and spend my money again Good luck none of this would even meant to be mean just honest too bad. from what I seen You guys stop caring a long time ago. ;| too bad.

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to the worst night shift staff and manager very disrespectful and Food quality is terrible. Never coming back to this location.

  SHREDDED PLASTIC IN FRAPPES!!!!!.On Jan.22d, At 10:40pm I got 2 frappes and went to work across the street from the McDonald's and about 20 to 30 minutes later I was half way through my frappe by then, I took a drink and felt a bunch of stuff with the frappe thinking it was ice I swallowed trying to not to consume the hard pieces so I can spit it out but I consume some and spit out 3 pieces of shredded plastic, In a bit of a panic I stop my gf from drinking any more of hers and call McDonald's,I asked for a manager and a lady got on the phone Im explaing what happed and she rudely replies " ok and what exactly do you want me to do about it" after some back and forth I realized this is going nowhere, so ask for a refund and a way to contact the GM , she said "for a refund ur ganna have to bring the frappe and pieces to prove it and I can't give out the gms information so you have to come in at 6am". I say ok but is there any contact to the hire ups she says no I say ok I'll be there soon for the refund and hang up, Not even 5 mins go by I drive up to the speaker and say im here for the frappe refunds and I have the proof with me(the frappe and pieces of plastic I spit out) the manager gets on the speaker and says " no you have to come in at 6 am and talk to the GM about it if you want a refund" I state on the phone she just said if I bring proof and can refund me at least but now shes rudely saying " it's literally impossible for there to be shredded plastic in you frappe" and refused to refund my money refused to even take a look at the frappe and pieces, refused to let me come in and let her inspect the frappe any way she wants ,still refuses....not trying to argue the fact I was drinking shredded plastic, I go back across the street to work and dumped the frappe in bowl and in-between order making I would look for any pieces that floated up and the amount of plastic I was finding had my heart racing,...if I can put pictures I will be

  Just went through drive through ordered a double quarter pounder meal large with a sweet tea first issue I was given a single quarter pounder not a double second issue was the fries were so over cooked they were not edible third issue is although they gave me a large fry they gave me a medium drink to add to this experience just a month ago I ordered double quarter pounder meals for myself and my son and was given raw burgers I didn't make a review or even get angry I went back and explained my issue with the manager he just remade my food no discount no apology nothing and it's become a repetitive with food quality or inaccuracies I use the drive through because I have kids and it's supposed to be convenient but I can't turn around and come back every time I get food from this location on Hamilton road in Gahanna I'm very unhappy to say the least might I add that I tried calling and they absolutely have the phone off the hook busy ringer for 20 minutes straight
