  I often stop here for a coffee and donuts for my kids. The last two times I have been, they made my coffee wrong and then argued with me saying they made it correctly and refused to remake it. Go elsewhere with better customer service.

  Absolutely the WORST service. Just absolutely no care for customers. Said NO in the middle of a sentence, barely was able to understand their accent. I asked if they could repeat the description of a drink and apologized but the guy just ignored me and didn't repeat anything. Asked him again and he literally just said "No". I'm baffled at how these people get hired.

  We received our food fairly quickly, and unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The inside of the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the food itself was disappointing. The donut holes were extremely hard, and I’m not sure if that was due to the Oreo pieces or the way they were prepared, but the texture was not enjoyable at all. The cheese on the hash browns tasted very odd and did not resemble real cheese—it had more of a processed, canned or tub-style flavor, which was off-putting. Customer service was also lacking. The worker was not helpful and communication was difficult, as it felt like they struggled to understand or respond to basic questions, which added to the frustration of the visit. If you are looking for a good breakfast, especially one that meets expectations for quality and service, I would not recommend going here. You’re better off choosing another place nearby.

  The absolute best Dunkin in all of Columbus! It is the most consistent food and coffee you can get from Dunkin! I’ve been coming here for yearsssss, I’ll drive to this one before any other in the surrounding area.
