During the call I heard the young man on the phone laughing and saying there was no way they didn’t cut the pizza and was subsequently told they could only do store credit since I ordered DoorDash. I did not order DoorDash- I suspect you guys are outsourcing delivery due to high volume orders. Very unprofessional that the manager sent this young kid to reiterate the information to me and then I was hung up on or the call disconnected. See the picture as proof that the pizza was UNCUT.
