  ordered off doordash and called to take cheese off my pizza and the dasher had not yet arrived and the MANAGER said he couldn’t remake the pizza for ANY reason. As someone who was a GENERAL MANAGER of the whitehall location (not under this name obvi) I know you can remake things especially if IM WILLING TO PAY???? Absolutely ridiculous, and a huge waste of time and money!! You’re a huge business who can absolutely afford to remake a pizza if you don’t offer modifications online, or better yet, answer your phones faster!! I’m so upset James no longer runs this place, you can tell it’s just garbage associates who can’t listen or do simple jobs. Edit: just got my order and i’m missing the pizza that they said they couldn’t fix, and then they gave me 2 other pizzas that i DIDNT ORDER IN THE WRONG SIZES. You really can’t fix stupid, please I am begging at this point to hire at least 1 person with a brain to work there, IT WOULD HELP!!!! Thankfully I got my ENTIRE order refunded by doordash, so now the store is out of $54 instead of a $10 remake, LMAOOO.

  I spoke to Ryan & he was very patient & polite answering all of my questions. Really nice. Great customer services. Donates is blessed to have him as an employee. Thank you Ryan 🤩

  My wife ordered some pizza for us and chicken for our son. Initially, they only delivered the chicken, but when we got our pizza re-delivered, the pizza tasted HEAVILY of cigarettes. Like someone hotboxed with it. I didn't believe it at first, but legitimately the pizza tasted like cigarette smoke I get it if you need to step out on a smoke break, but please don't do it in the car with someones food. My wife is pregnant and couldn't eat it at all and frankly I was not very pleased with it either. I think we're going to stick to with another location from now on. Almost a total waste of money we could've used anywhere else.
