  I had the cochinita pibil, it was very, very good. The pork was super tender and flavorful, the sauce tasty and abundant. The rest of the meal - rice, beans, etc, was quite good as is the standard at Blue Agave. I’ll be getting this dish again and again.

  So my fiance and I were standing at the front for about 15 minutes before a young lady came up and apologized and said it was going to be 15 to 20 minute wait was that that was fine no problem we stood there another 25 minutes as a line was forming out the door there were plenty of open seats inside and out on the patio I asked if everything was ok and the lady’s response was it’s gonna be like 25 minutes after we had been standing there for for 40 already we decided to leave honestly save your time and money there’s a places called Mi Tradicion down the road they got us in fast food was absolutely amazing and definitely better on the wallet as well

  We tried to eat at blue agave tonight and stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. She came over and said she thought there was a wait (there was 10 parties in the restaurant totel). 15 minutes later she never came back and another girl came over and said there would be another wait of at least 15 minutes. By the time she ask acknowledged us again a line had formed out the door and we chose to leave.

  Ordered take out. Showed up at the time stated after order, it took 30 more minutes to get food. Missing one corn on the cob, and tortillas from one of our entrees. Most of the food we did get was luck warm. I've driven by this restaurant dozens of times to go to other options, that's what we'll be doing in the future.
