I had a coupon for a $6 Rueben sandwich (expiration not until 04/30). I gave it to the girl employee and they charged my card for $7 however never gave or offered the receipt. The only reason I knew it was $7 was because I saw the transaction immediately pop up on my account on my phone. I politely asked for a receipt and the girl employee had an attitude with me and said “our system doesn’t show its $6, it’s $7, so I don’t know what to tell you.” Horrible attitude and horrible customer service.

Terrible experience, not the type to complain but the lady working night 7pm was very rude and just mean, stopped the boy from ringing me up the sandwich that he was about to make himself that they still had, was literally on their computer and she stopped him said no and make her get the new one thats all we got and I could tell he hot uncomfortable connor was great it was the other lady she was very rude to me and other customers at that. will not be returning anymore this is the 4th bad experience ive had now here, I keep trying to give this place chances but its just not happening and she should not be a leader if she is. Its not what you say its how you say it too and to top it off i settled for a beef and cheddar and it was cold I just walked out

They never hear you when you order at drive thru. And today my fries where upside down at the bottom of the bag and never say thank you. Love the food but made my last trip there, I'll go to Wendy's.

Order# 121: I initially went to the store and they sent me to another location just to find out I was at the correct location and had to go back. No sorry, just excuses, then to make matters worse they didn't have mac and cheese and I was told I have to carry everything individually because they had no bags. When I got back the food was cold. Simply a horrible experience. After talking to the Manager I now know why this was such a bad experience.
