  Guy inside freaking out over a few orders. Cursing while my child is in his stroller. Messed up the food order. Didn’t give us the drinks we ordered. When we showed them the drink order, they still messed up one of the drinks. No napkins in the bag or available anywhere inside. The dining room is a mess. Bathrooms aren’t clean. What is going on here? I would avoid this place. Thankfully, I’m only passing by and don’t live anywhere near this location.

  What’s an amazing Turn over McDonalds on 53 it was one of the worst places in Fremont Ohio and now it’s not even as bad as it was last time I was here my food was fresh and the lobby was very clean and the staff here did great today I even placed my order at the counter and the staff was very happy to attend my needs here.. I would be returning here again keep up the great work McDonalds on 53

  I got done shopping over at the Walmarts in the same complex, I went over to the McDonald's in order to couple sandwiches I also got a medium frappe. The food was good the service was wonderful and I would always go there if I have a chance and have some extra time

  Tried to get biscuits and gravy for breakfast but couldn't because they had not " warmed up the gravy". Shouldn't you have that ready since it's on the menu. Second time I've had problems at this McDonald's in a 2 week time frame. Would not recommend stopping here

  I am very disappointed.. I am a regular to this McDonald’s getting biscuits and gravy almost every day. and the weekly crew in the morning is fantastic but for some reason every Sunday I go here to get food it is a messed up be the customer service sucks and I do not pay almost 5 dollars for biscuits and gravy on a Sunday to have no gravy on my biscuits and when I returned to ask if I could get a new one, he blatantly told me it gets one scoop in my time in customer service. The customer is always right.
