The Anthony R. Messed up my order by not doing my modifications that I asked for. I asked for a chicken sandwich (Plain) I asked him if he put plain and he said yeah and when I went to look at my receipt it didn’t say plain. Also I was waiting in line for a second time he clearly seen me and just stood there as the line progressively got longer. I just wanted a chilli and a frosty but he clearly didn’t take my order after waiting about 10 minutes.

Drive through experience sucked. Bought a combo meal, 2 Chili’s and a baked potato. Got back to where we were staying and no sandwich. I get it -probably should have checked but, come on - missing the sandwich from the combo meal? Experience just sucked.
