When I tried to deliver, the bag tore as I was getting it out of the car and the entire order splattered on the customer driveway. When I walked into Chipotle with a greasy torn bag in one hand and 2 plates of food in a box I had in my car, I didn't have to say a word. The crew took the mess from my hand and remade it before I could even tell them what happened. And that my friends is top notch customer service. That entire crew needs a raise.
