I even purposely will come in 15 min later than my pickup time and it is still never ready and the employees at the desk have no empathy for the wait when giving you your food. I understand it is busy and I’m sure they are getting it out as quickly as possible, but if that’s the case make the wait longer in the app/when you call. We get Bdubs twice or so a month and we love the food, it is always great, but I am typing this at 5:55pm still waiting for my pickup that was scheduled for 5:30 with my car running in the takeout parking spot.
